Frequently Asked Questions

 Due to most of the products I offer being customized and tailored to you, I do not offer refunds. I will however work with you to recreate your vision should you be unhappy with your pieces. 

I offer both shipping and drop off! If you’re local you can drop your inclusions off at the address at the bottom of the page. If you need to ship your inclusions and have the order shipped back to you the address is the same. If you choose to drop off your inclusions, you do not have to coordinate with me, I have a drop off and pick up bin on my front porch! 

***Please label your inclusions with the first and last name associated with your order. Place in a double baggie to prevent leaking, and if shipping use a bubble mailer for extra protection. 

I do my best to monitor my website and messages periodically throughout the day, however, my husband is a truck driver and my daughter and I are normally on our own throughout the week, that being said some days I am unable to dedicate hours to my phone or computer and have to focus on parenting. I will respond to you as soon as I am able.

 For longevity purposes, I would suggest removing your jewelry when using any kind of chemical including soaps, however occasionally getting your rings wet while washing your hands is no big deal. I coat each of my pieces with a protective layer of resin! Should your sterling silver pieces need polished, please use a jewelry cloth.
 

All engraved tumblers can be washed in the dishwater as normal. If your tumbler has UV DTF decals or resin, please handwash and do not soak. 

My turnaround time varies depending on what you order and how soon you get your inclusions to me. It can vary anywhere between 4-8 weeks, however, some things can be done much quicker than others. If you would like a specific estimate, please email me!
